Stop-Publication-Rate

For a given cohort (year of first publication), the graph shows the number/percentage of authors who published at least for N1 years (N1 = minimum career length) but did not publish after N2 years (N2 = maximum career length). Use the drop-down menus to choose the data source and y-axis scale. Depending on the discipline, selecting e.g. N1=5 and N2=10 might serve as a reasonable proxy for researchers who are at the postdoctoral level but haven't yet secured a permanent position.
